After a LOT more trouble than I had expected prepping it all, I finally have the book up at Amazon and at Amazon US, Amazon UK, and Smashwords. (It will trickle into other vendors in the coming days.)I will do a more formal announcement on Monday or Tuesday, and since I'm doing the "higher price experiment" I will have a Smashwords coupon for my loyal followers.
Later tonight I'll post some some goals (and probably tomorrow two -- I have drafts of a bunch of posts I was going to do this week).
